Kitchens and Bathrooms, Planned Before They Are Built.
Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling for houses and condos across Canada and the United States.
Lustral focuses on the two rooms that are hardest to renovate well: kitchens and bathrooms. They pack plumbing, wiring, ventilation, cabinetry, stone and tile into a small space, and the work usually happens while you still live in the house.
Most remodel problems start with a vague quote. Allowances that were too low, a permit nobody mentioned, a shower tiled without a proper waterproofing membrane, or countertops templated before the cabinets were level. So every request starts with a visit, measurements and a look at the plumbing, wiring and ventilation that the new room has to work with.
You describe the project once through the quote form. A specialist who works in your area follows up, visits and gives you a written quote with the scope, materials, allowances, permits and schedule. Homeowners, condo owners and small landlords across Canada and the US can request a quote, in English or French.
