What is the difference between sealing and polishing concrete?+
Sealing applies a topical coating that wears off in high-traffic areas. Polishing is a mechanical process that densifies and refines the concrete itself — no coating to wear. Polishing lasts much longer in commercial environments. We do both, and we will tell you which one is right for your floor.
Do you work after hours?+
Yes — most retail, office and warehouse floor work is done overnight or weekends to avoid disruption. We schedule around your operating hours.
Do you provide before/after photos?+
Yes, on every project. The photo set is part of the deliverable and lives with your service record.
How long does a typical floor restoration take?+
A small office strip-and-wax might be a single overnight. A large warehouse polish can take a full weekend. A hardwood refinish typically needs three to five days. Every quote includes a clear timeline.
Can you set up a recurring maintenance program?+
Yes — and you should want one. The right maintenance program extends a restored floor by 3-5x. We design the program with the project, not after.
What about dust and disruption?+
All our planetary grinders use HEPA-rated dust extraction. We build temporary partitions where needed. Most of our clients tell us the most surprising part is how clean the work site stays.
